[CH.02 · FIELD WORK]

What the work
actually looks like.

Plug in. Read codes. Replace what's broken. Test. Hand you the keys. No theater, no upsells, no "the dealer says you need a $2,400 timing-chain repair."

[CH.04 · PROCESS]

Four steps.
No fine print.

  1. 01

    You call. We pick up.

Tell us the symptoms in plain English. Won't crank. Squeaks when braking. Heater stopped warming. We'll know within a minute if it's a job we can do on-site.

  2. 02

    We quote before we drive.

You get a price window and an arrival window before we leave. No surprise trip charges. No 'we'll see when we get there.'

  3. 03

    On-site diagnostic.

OBD-II scan, visual check, test where appropriate. The reason we exist: most cars don't need a flatbed to a shop — they need 90 minutes in your driveway.

  4. 04

    Fix or refer, honestly.

If it's our job, we do it. If you need a transmission shop or a body shop, we'll say so and tell you who to call. Trust is the whole business.

[CH.05 · FREQUENT CHECKS]

Stuff people
ask first.

If your question isn't here, call. We answer real questions in real sentences — no scripts, no upsells.

  • We quote each job before we drive. The price you hear on the phone is the price you pay. No trip-charge surprises, no 'we'll see when we get there.'
[CH.06 · REQUEST A WINDOW]

60-second
quote.

Tell us what's happening with the car. We'll text or call back with a price window and an arrival window — usually within an hour during weekday daylight.
